Cheshire East Conservative Councillors have elected Cllr Stuart Gardiner (Knutsford) as their new Group Leader, with Cllr Liz Wardlaw (Odd Rode) who will serve as his Deputy.
Cheshire East Council remains under the control of the Labour Party in coalition with the Independents, but both Stewart and Liz are committed to robustly holding this failing administration to account over the year ahead and are looking forward to setting out their positive vision for the future of Cheshire East.
