Home Office Minister Robert Jenrick MP and Local MP, Dr Kieran Mullan joined Cllr Steve Edgar in Haslington Village today where they discussed a wide range of local issues, including highway maintenance issues, dealing with anti-social behaviour and the value of Neighbourhood Plans.
Despite the continuous rain, there was also plenty of time to knock on doors and speak directly to residents about the matters that concern them.
There was a good turnout by the local Conservative Team and welcome support from Aaron Bell MP (Newcastle-under-Lyme).
